PHOTO-The Thought

Looking around these days...when some people receive gifts it has to be something expensive like a ipad or something, in order it to be counted as "thoughtful". 

What happen to the "The thought that counts"?

Where the price of the item does not matter aslong there is a thought to it or it is something that someone likes. For example... one of my friend was given a iphone for his birthday, me and my friend we baked him a variety of cupcakes and we turn it into a giant tower and spell out his name with mini cupcakes. We choose cupcakes as he loves them.... The look on his face was much more happier than when he was receiving the iphone from his parents, according to his parents....

In total it did not cost me and my friend much, buying all the ingredient but it's the thought that count right, not the price?

To me...something being made or be given something simple is better than receiving something expensive. As people who tends to buy you something expensive put lack of thoughts within it, as they know it is something you want and like, but you simply cannot afford it but they can. While something simple or hand made, is done with care and alot of thoughts. Since they will have to spend some time figuring out what to make and how to do it, along being patient. Or figure out what is best to get to you such as what you need or is worthy for you to have OR something that represent each other, like something represent your personal joke...

Another example... a leaving present, a photo frame or a hand made photo album tends to be a good gift as it holds valuable memories of good times...

So what would you pick? Expensive gift with lack of emotion to it? Or something different and simple but is filled with love and care?

Showing that you appreciate the gift, matters...

But...yet....there some people out there who does not care or appreciate any item they receive... sad thought really....

PHOTO-Happy Valentine Day

Happy Valentine Day people! >.<
Valentine day is not just a day for couples to be together, it to show how much they appreciate each other. It is also a day for single ones to confess to the one they like. If your lucky the person may say yes, if your unlucky and the person said no then... I'm sorry to hear that. BUT just remember that, you gave it a shot! So there no regret!
Nevertheless it is also a day for you to say to your friends that you love them dearly as a friend, for always being there and helping when things goes bad for you.
So lets all enjoy Valentine day and spread the love! =^-^=
I was once a person who did not believe in love, to be quite honest I still am.. but not as bad as I  use to be... but anyway...this year 2012, it is my first time spending Valentine Day with a guy that I'm actually dating. Kya!! Needless to say it was an amazing day even though it was simple. Simply the best..
I baked him a Cake tin full of his beloved Cherry bake wells along with some present and card. A way to a man heart is through his stomach right?? :)
As for him... it was ridiculously sweet and full of cheese in my opinion.  Within a box it was his car key and letter saying how much he loves me, along with a poem. After reading I went to his car and open the boot as that's the only place to find the present. When I open the boot I was speechless! For a person like him, it is out of his comfort zone and he put sooooooo.... much effort into it! People always said that he put his heart in his sleeves... I truly agree with them. I have been good friends with him for 8 years and he been chasing me for 8 years.... He never gave up on me and now we're together but taking it slowly...As we both want to focus on our career. :')
 Let see where this take me in the future, but I know for sure that i made the correct choice. :)

I know it's a day old but at least I posted and...you can not exactly blame me as I was out for the whole day... enjoying Valentine Day. :)

PHOTO-Days are numbered...

There are days where we are all happy and thinking life is perfect...though.. the bad days comes in such a rush that you don't expect it. That's when most people think their life is rubbish...
Alot of problems tends to be caused because of social network such as Facebook, where people can pretty much find out anything. Its a wonderful and useful social network but it does have it bad side....where people can find out what you've been doing or who you been socialising with. which can lead to gossips and rumours to be spread around and maybe even exaggerated...to the point where it becomes serious and affects you mentally and psychically....
But... Heyy Ho! "What doesn't kill you make you stronger" right?? :)
Simply look in the bright side or another side to your problem, as it can show you that your problem isn't actually that bad. Or simply when your down and don't have much energy, eat some chocolate or cake. Sweet things tend to lighten your mood up... Such as these Thornton Smiley chocolate.
I personally been having a blast with some of my friends lately, haven't seen them in ages,it really does brings back memories. Though.... "if there is ups there is downs" my down side was the fact that problems occurred with others. It was to the point where I was at the edge of turning cold hearted.... as it brought my mood right down and it affected my other friends... which made my mood worse :')
I started to eat these chocolate and had some alone time, it made me think a hell alot... now Wa La!  I now finally know what im doing and set myself straight again, so back to my old self. Yay!=)
...Just saying really.. there nothing wrong having alone time and keeping chocolate to yourself or eating chocolate, It's there for you to enjoy.... plus....friends are always there for you if you need a chat, do not forget that...

Its all in the  pass now.. So move on to the present.. =)

Most people believe a rose means love. However have you thought about it in a different way? How it can also represent something?
Such as different colour roses have different meanings or how many rose you receive from someone also has different meanings...

Roses can look graceful, though at the same time it can give out a mysterious feel towards it. Like does it portray happiness or darkness? It works both ways... its pretty sad to be quite honest, how a rose can represent love and death. It such a beautiful flower yet it has pricks. Showing that love can be amazing yet you will have your bad times and times where it may not last. As at the end a rose is only a flower, it will eventually reach the time where they will wither.

Within films, roses are given to girls to make them happy when they are on a date or something, showing romance and happiness. Yet in the Phantom Of The Opera, the phantom gives roses to Christine Daae to show his affection. However it did not send her happiness instead it sends her fear and uneasiness...

They say a painting worth a thousand word, i wonder how much a rose
worth...?

Went to college today and got told that Mitch Hewer would be coming into college to open the theatre.

Oddly it became a question and answer show, but apparently after he did this talk he join the 

drama students. Teaching them to dance...i think...

But Anyhoo.. just a photo of him in my college today :)

PHOTO-Where There Is Tea There Is Hope

When times you are stressed from writing or doing other things. walk away and make yourself a cup of tea... It will calm you down, like the cup said "WHERE this is TEA there is HOPE", there is no problem that cannot be fixed and the fact that you are not alone. Friends are there to help you, playing strong and tough all the time isn't always a good thing....
Sooooo....make yourself a cup of tea and get some biscuits and enjoy a little break from doing work, your mind will be much fresher and you can think straight again afterwards....^-^

Within this world everything can be used as inspiration, however most people do not realise it as they see it to much, causing them to never think of it in a different way....
 Like this photo I took down the beach around 5pm during summer. Some people around this area believe that the beach here is rubbish and nothing special. Though if you spare some time for it you will see its beauty. Making you amazed how nature can be... =)
